Over the years, I have a had a love for baking and for the arts. After years of wanting to pursue a career in Confectionary Arts, my dream has come true.
In April of 2011, I graduated from Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts with my Designer Cakes Certifacate.
I pride myself on keeping with current trends to make your wedding cake or celebration cake one that you will remember and be original to you. I have taken courses from some of the top professionals in the industry such as: Marina Sousa, Toba Garett, Anne Heap, Lauren Kitchens, Becky Rink, Lisa Bugeja, Norm Davis, Zane Beg and Lori Hutchinson.
All cakes are made fresh, baked from scratch, never frozen, with the highest quality ingredients that are available on the market. I work in a full Nut - Free commercial kitchen in my home.
My cakes are a work of art with a lot of love that goes into every creation.
